First , easy fix, set the time limit for a single player at a table . Players create tables and stay for hours with out playing . Set the time limit to15 minutes so other players know who is ready to play. Sec

This is a major problem. Not just tables being left unmanned but players listed in the room who are actually not there. A time limit is a good idea. Maybe 20 minutes better? Not more.
