Trial for Early Bird Award is over Posted by Pearle (moderator) Oct 12 2018 9:38AM We tried an incentive to bring more players to join tourneys early, the Early Bird Award; however, it doesn't seem to have had the effect we were hoping for, so we will try to focus on other incentives in the future. Each player recieves a point for each tournament that they enter and winner of the tournament gets an extra 2 points. Whenever a player attends 10 tourneys of the same buy in amount, they get to a free spot in a tourney of the same buy in amount. A percentage of the total of participant's goes to the Red Cross. Or, as it Christmas time, the Marine Corps has Toys-for-tots, and I just read that the toys for tots semi in KC had a semi full of toys had been stolen. |
