T denotes a game with only time-per-move limit - no time per game.
T(3) is non-timed for game with 3 min per move

Other time-related codes list time per game with Fischer's per-move increment in seconds
e.g,: 3 1 means 3 min per game with 1 sec per-move increment

Thank You

Regarding your question: how do you designate a 'no take back'....your answer is: When you create a table, at the very top, there is a box, that is blank, named 'no take back'. Just check that box, and will be marked and you will have no take back. I would suggest, as I just did, to examine closely the create table drop down box and you will have most of your answers.

p.s. I am not a chess player.
