That is way to late for the ppl in the UK and Europe who like to play in them. We are 5 and 6 hours ahead of game colony time so 11pm is 4 am to us.

You didn't specify, but I would guess between Noon and 4 PM EST would be good for UK and Europe? Some of us have a hard time getting the times right ... did I guess correctly?
