This message is important to friends and players who know me, and those who do not. I changed my player name a week ago (am player TEXASROSE, to those who do not know me) I had to wait the 7 day period to change it back to TEXASROSE, but found that someone had taken it during the week that I was gone. Please do not assume that it is Rocky that you are chatting or playing to. I am now TEXASROSEII. TY for your patience with me.

Boy Rocky, thanks for the heads up. Do you know what game(s) this false texas plays? Maybe they can create some sort of block for names used in the past, so nobody can do that......that isn't right Hope I never move, then I'd have to surrender utahma to someone else

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
