HEY NOW!
I had decided to do Swiss Tournaments to bring something NEW to all the players. The LADDER has become very Dynamic and Extremely Competitive.
Swiss Tourneys brings Tournament play to a New and Diverse Level.
Swiss Tournaments seem to be a hit, and I hope to see larger attendance in them. I really like the way that Players can only guess who their next opponent will be as opposed to looking at the bracket to see who your next opponent will or could be.
I will vow to continue to schedule Swiss Tournaments Twice a week. Every Saturday will have one if the Dates and Times permit me to Host them.
I appreciate all of you players that faithfully attend my tournaments as I have stated before!
Everyone PLAY ON & most importantly: Win, Lose or Draw always have fun!
Respectfully yours,
MADoolin(TD)

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
