THREE CONSECUTIVE FOULS
If a player fouls three consecutive times on three successive shots without making an intervening legal shot, the game is lost. The three fouls must occur in one game. The warning must be given between the second and third fouls. A player’s inning begins when it is legal to take a shot and ends at the end of a shot on which he misses, fouls or wins, or when he fouls between shots.

i dont really agree with it because some times it cant really be helped when the q ball is well hid or the ball you need to hit is really hid good,,,but i do have a question is there any thing that can be done about scratching i scratch about 3 or 4 times a game and some times the ball does not go close enough to the pocket to scratch ,,just a thought i no theres some players that fill the same way i do,,,thank you

I find this game to be quite accurate, and for those who are having difficulty, as jtravis suggests, ......... try using your arrow keys to fine-tune your shots!
I remember as a new player, if you do not fine tune your shots, it 'appears' a direct hit, when it may be way off!

The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
