Ball goes over to opponent when time expires.

Hey all, I'm suggesting a change in the time rule. You know how many of us complained before to GC about how time expires and yet the other player still has time to shoot with a 15-20 second delay? Well I suggest that a new rule be implemented that if the other player's time expires,(no 15-20 delay given)then they lose their turn and the ball is turned over to the other player. If this happens three times during the game, then the player who played by the correct time has the option to take the win. I believe this is fair since GC said they want to give the other player a chance. This way they still have a chance to win since they are only losing a turn, its like a scratch. They are not losing the game only if three times during the game they let their time expire. Please reply and let me know what you guys think? Thank you!
Time -per-move expiration

Time-per-move expiration can happen in any game. GameColony addresses this issue in the uniform manner (described below) throughout all of the games:
Time-per-move expiration can be due to either of the following:
(1) The times that you see displayed are your local time-related - this is for your reference only. The real time spent is determined by the server. At times when connection from your location to GameColony servers is slow, there is a visible difference in local time spent & server time spent.
(2) For the first 3 times after time-per-move expires, the player who let his/her time-per-move expire keeps receiving warnings. During these 3 times this player, however, gets some additional time. After the 3rd time-per-move expiration, no additional time is given. Occasionally, however, it may take up to additional 15 seconds on the part of the server to act regarding time-per-move expiration.

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
