Apparently, today, May 21, all afternoon my chat has not been working. It actually took 3 different comments from others for me to realize that! LOL! The last person, after talking to him all game long, said to me 'Can't you talk?'. So I apologize to all that I played this afternoon 'silently' LOL. Off the top of my head, Sophiebabe, MADoolin, wlintott, and I know there were others. Sorry again to all. I guess I should've realized this after the first person said something! LOL!

GBecky,
I really can't express my appreciation for you apology! I honestly thought that I had offended or perturbed you in someway, somehow, at sometime before or during the two games we played on Saturday, May 21, 2005.
I feel that not only are you a fine player in POOL, but now you have shown that you are undoubtedly a FINE SPORTSMAN TOO!
It takes a Big Person to admit mistakes and fault. I honestly feel that only 1 of 50 players/persons, here and beyond would ever make the formal apology as you have, let alone to admit to ones own self.
You should read this posting and hold your head high among your peers and other players, as I recognize you among the best and honest players/persons to be acquainted with.
In closing,
I will be able to conquer you consistently on the POOL TABLE someday; somehow, LOL.
Thank you again, your apology is and will be forever accepted and remembered!
Marc
Ps, check out my Tournament Schedule, and let me know if I can lure or accommodate you into participating in more, some or all of my POOL TOURNAMENTS!

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
