Please Move!

How do you hit 'Please Move!'

I was wondering, I have never fiqured out how players can get that to come up w/o typing it!

I have created a table in Pool with a 2 minute, per turn/shot, option and 20 seconds into my turn, 'Please Move!' along with Sound effect popped up twice.

Really how is it possible?

Also to all, keep in mind that some players are from other countries other than yours, some may not read or speak english, let alone type it. Not to put people down but, i reside int he USA, and there sure are alot of people that can't read, write, speak English Either, and they were born and raised here in the USA.
I am not trying to justify the actions of the alledged Rude or Unpolite players that one may encounter or experience. I am just saying there maybe a reason for it.

When I play BackGammon, Players will Ban you because of your Low Rating, or they will Bail from the table and create a new one, and my favorite: 'The Silent/No Action Treatment', they will not do a thing, they will sit there while you keep clicking on start and no matter how much you say to them in chat, they will not respond nor will they start the game.

Plenty of Other Players, just find ones that you can enjoy playing and network them all together and HAVE A BLAST!

Thanks for reading and Please Post A Reply!

I thought the same thing at first too and got mad at my opponents for sending me 'please move'
Then I realize the 'please move' come automatically when the clock runs out. At least this is my oppinion.

THe 'please move' is automated. It bothered me until that sank in.

I agree with you MADoolin...too many other players to let those with bad manners get to you. Actually the 'Silent/No action' treatment is easiest for me. I wait just a few secs and leave the table...I never hit 'start' more than once because it's obvious you aren't what they were waiting for.

It's hard sometimes, but best to ignore all rude players. There are many more nice ones.

Happy gaming!!

There are so many more nice players and we can't let those 'others' impact our positive attitudes. Some players find it in their nature to digress toward that 'other' side, but I'm a true believer that the positive attitudes we project will have a lasting effect on the majority that come to this site to play. Just remember to keep smiling and enjoy each day.

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!. According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!).   The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
