When double clicking on power bar to complete a pool shot, it prompts BALL IN HAND to the opponet, regardless if you made the shot or not.
Should this be happening?

Regarding Double clicking

Please don't provide such extensive chat quotations - it's sufficient just to state the issue.
Double-clicking in exact location can get tricky. Double-clicking needs to be done exactly on the small power slider (rather than on the power bar) & can get tricky. Instead of double-clicking for a shot, I'd suggest holding the space bar for 2 sec.

MADoolin how do you play a 49 ticket game it goes 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 there is no settng for a 49 ticket match?
I understand although, why would it foul You OUT

Here's a possibility how inaccurate double click & especially its repetition may be incorrectly interpreted :
one click slightly outside of slider as (unplanned) cue rotation & the other (possible two) as a strike
