Drop Down Menu Opens while adjusting Power
Posted by MADoolin (VIP) 13 Mar 2005 1:41pm

Dear Webmaster, I was wondering what can be done about the Drop Down Menu the Opens when Shooting for the Left Side of the table or the Top of the Screen. The Right Button of your pointing device is what is to be used to select/ adjust the amount of power for each shot. However, when on the left side of the table or the top of the screen the Right Button opens a Drop Down menu that Contains the following:
Restore
Move
Size
Minimize
Maximize
Close

Is there a way to avoid this, I have tried to change properties on the Pointing Device Button, I assigned a different function and even disabled the Right Button. If not possible, then would it be possible to move the actual Table down approx. One Quarter or One Half of an Inch to aid in avoiding this irritating occurrence?

Thank you in advance!

You can also adjust power ...

You can also adjust power by dragging the power slider control (on the left) with the left mouse button.

There are several ways to strike the ball:
(1) If you used the right mouse button for pulling back the cue, the easiest way to hit will be by releasing this right mouse button
(2) If you used the power slider control, to strike the ball use double click on the slider or press and hold the space bar

Thank you; Good to know!

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!. According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!).   The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
