Have you won a Canasta tournament at GameColony? If you won in Oct. or Nov. you should find your player name on the list below and you are eligible for this very special tournament.

The first EVER TOC for GC Canasta will be
held on Saturday, December 4th at 70PM.
This will be a 2500 PT Double Elimination
tournament. DE means you must lose TWO games
to be out of the tournament. TWO chances to win. The entry is 10 Tickets so the prizes
will be nice. You cannot win if you do not
play so please register ASAP and make yourself
a note so you do not forget.

One additional note: All players must be in the tourney room at 6:55 GC time. Those who
are registered but not in the room will be
outted by the TD. This keeps the tournament moving along smoothly without first round mia
time.

If your name is on this list you are invited to register for the tournament. Hope you will join us for some great games, ladder stats and the bragging rights of GC Canasta's FIRST TOC winner. If you qualify I sure hope to see you there !

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!. According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!).   The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
