people need to b just a little more patiant, im the worst with that i have none myself! but i aloow my opnt ample time to move sum times i make a mistake cuz i try to hurry, thinkning im makeing my opnt wait, i myself dont resighn when my opnt takes the stack, but i noticed its the trend if ur in a match that goes the whole deck and then u pull the stack 99 times opnt resighns, y is this i dunno ,u never no the score if its a nuttin nuttin game ,and u need to play at least 3000 and even that can b done in one hand the problem for me is to figure all tyhe cards out and after 3 or 4 seconds players get mad, in gin when u ge tmelds that can run both ways the pc ask u what u wanna do i was wondering if the same can apply for canasta? when u grab the whole stack and it sets it up for u and u just ok it. im sure the pc wpuld pick the best way to go, and another thing is when a player has lots of cards in there hand u cant tell how many the stack tells u and the pile does it would deffintly help me if i new haw many cards my opnt was holding ok im done moaning just haveing fun learning this game very fun my gaol is 1400 im getting there ramp the wanna b champ

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
